Before transferring his acumen to blockchain, he was a banker at JPMorgan Chase in Switzerland, the UK, and Germany. Prior, he was an M&A and corporate finance advisor to the chemical industry across EMEA. Olaf has solid start-up experience across multiple sectors. Founder of nourishme GmbH and INTABA-Finance AG. MBA from ECU and BA in International Business from Accadis Hochschule. Olaf is also a Member of the Management Board in CVVC.

Peter is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning legal, regulatory, and operational realms in both traditional finance and the burgeoning digital asset landscape. He most recently served as the General Counsel at a digital assets regulator where he spearheaded the development of a tailored framework for Virtual Assets. With a multi-jurisdictional background encompassing London, Tokyo, Dubai and Singapore, Peter brings a global perspective to his role as the Group Chief Operating Officer at MANTRA.

Ralph Hofacker is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Brick Towers, focusing on institutional-grade digital asset solutions, including a Bitcoin yield product leveraging the Lightning Network. With over 14 years of experience in traditional finance, Ralph previously worked as a consultant for leading financial institutions across Europe and as a product owner for structured investment products in Zurich. He holds an MSc in Mathematical Finance from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Blockchain and Digital Assets from the University of Nicosia, and is a Certified Bitcoin and Ethereum Professional (CBP, CEP). Since 2016, Ralph has become a passionate advocate for Bitcoin, actively promoting its adoption as a global long-term savings solution. His commitment includes educating others and engaging with the Bitcoin community globally, including firsthand experience in El Salvador in 2021 during Bitcoin's transition to legal tender.

Ray is the CEO and Founder of HubMaker Labs. Prior to founding the company, he was a 20+ year veteran of Gartner Inc. At Gartner, he led large research teams (both technical & management focused), had P&L and operational responsibility for a $68mm product portfolio and co-created a $20mm event series targeting midmarket IT leaders. In addition, he worked with the CEO on M&A initiatives in the midmarket research space. As a researcher Ray specialized in collaboration software technologies, messaging systems, and the use of internet protocols for both corporate app development and communications.

As a specialist in financial market law, Romedi Ganzoni advises nationally and internationally oriented companies from the technology and financial sectors on regulatory and private law matters. His legal focus lies in particular in Banking 2.0, regulatory compliance, new technologies and contract law. Romedi has in-depth knowledge of FinTech/DLT and supports both established regulated companies and start-ups in implementing their business models with creative solutions.

Ronit runs Citi's Future of Finance think tank. The team is focused on the intersection of the future of money, finance and emerging tech, including AI, Digital Assets, XR and beyond. Prior to his current role, Ronit was Citi's global head of Banks and FinTech research. Ronit is an Advisory Board Member of the Financial Technology Centre at Imperial College Business School and at several technology firms and early-stage VC investors based in the UK, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Prior to joining Citi, Ronit worked in the policy world, including as a Research Assistant for a former UK Prime Minister. Ronit's new book "Future Money" was published in 2024.

As Head DLT / Blockchain & Digital Assets, Serge Kaulitz is responsible for the coordination, organization, operation & strategic development of the topic at Luzerner Kantonalbank AG. His Blockchain expertise goes back to 2016 and includes div. PoC and projects. Serge Kaulitz is head of the expert committees and working groups around Digital Assets. He also participates in the Swiss Blockchain Federation and Swiss Bankers Association as a representative of LUKB. Serge holds a MAS in Computer Science from the ZHAW.

Thomas is Chief Product Officer at Sygnum, which includes our digital asset banking, tokenization, NFT and crypto compliance and RegTech offering. Prior to joining Sygnum, Thomas was a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group where he led projects for financial institutions, insurance companies and private equity funds. Thomas started his career at Roland Berger and has also worked at UBS and Credit Suisse. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from ETH Zurich and University of Zurich.
